      I never received my updated ring size 17 that I ordered 2 months ago from the business. I called and was suppose to get a new order and tracking number for the ring to be shipped out again and I have yet to receive it I have called numerous times and now I cant get anyone on the phone. I either want my money back or just send me my ring because ** getting married this month and this has thrown everything behind for me. I just want my husbands ring that I paid for this is ridiculous. I even left a voicemail and no one got back to me. If I cant get my ring I want a refund where I can get him another ring elsewhere.

      We are here in the office every day, Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.  We always pick up on the first or second ring.  Always.  We shipped the replacment ring to the customer - however, they state they did not receive the ring.  So, as a courtesy, sent ANOTHER ring - at no cost to the customer, with a tracking and we get a ********************** complaint?  We will upload the tracking to the bbb.

      I purchased a ring on 1/29/24 for $49.99. It did not fit and I returned it. They validated they received the item. They assured me the money was refunded several times. It has not been refunded.

      Not only has this ring been refunded, the customer also has an extra unpaid ring for $79.98 ring on her that she is refusing to send back to us.  The customer put in her ** address by mistake when placing the order and we shipped it to the ** address.   She called and said she made a mistake, we thought it was an honest mistake, so we engraved and shipped her another ring to her current FL address in *************  Apparently she called her old neighbors relentlessly to get a hold of the ring we sent to her old ** address.  She ended up getting that ring that we sent to ** from her neighbs AND the ring we sent to her in ***  Not only did we refund her for the other ring, on another order she sent back to us, she still owes us $79.98 for that extra, unpaid ring that was got from the ** address.  ********, you have an extra unpaid ring and you filed a BBB complaint against us? 

      No good deed goes unpunished.  Again, this is the epitome of doing the right thing and getting spit in the face for doing so.  However, this customer will never pull us away from doing the right thing and taking care of our customers that we have been taking care of for the past 18 years.

      We have called this customer 3 times in order to help.  They refuse to pick up, but have no issue with emails.  The package was engraved, shipped and delivered. The emails below are some of what we have with the customer, we will be happy to upload hours of more emails and will do so.

      We have been more than happy to help this customer and even filed a claim for them on their behalf.  Yet they contact the BBB on us?  We will close that file and they can deal with *** directly now.  We were simply trying to help them.

      I initially ordered a ring 9/11. I received it that weekend and it was the wrong size( my own fault). So I reached out to see if I could send it back. After no response I did some digging on my own and learned that I couldnt. No problem so I purchased the ring again in the correct size on 9/25. Their website says it takes up to four days to be engraved after the four days I reached out, asking for an update and a tracking number. I got a response saying that it would be going out that night. However, it did not. It is now 10/6 and I have reached out through several avenues. Im getting no response, and no follow **** I again reached out on the fourth with no response. I sent an email yesterday and the day before no response I called no response.

      I reject this response. I received a completely different ring than what I ordered. I ordered a black and silver ring. I received a gold and black ring that is also completely different type of  ring than what I ordered. The engraving is also incorrect. This is now the second time I have ordered.  Both orders Im not able to return because theyve been engraved, but the second order is a fault of the business as they sent me the incorrect ring. Which means I have to order from somewhere else I am now out of almost $200. I want my money back.

      On July 16th I ordered a ring from Tungsten Fashions. 7/20 I sent an inquiry, through their web page. . They responded it had been shipped and would arrive Tuesday, which would be 7/25. Before I had seen their response, on 7/24 I called to ask about a tracking number, they told me that the shipment was going on on that day and would arrive in a few days. On 7/31 I called them again, they said it was being shipped later that day, so I asked them to cancel the order and refund my credit card the purchase amount. They agreed to do so, and sent an email confirming the cancellation. it is 8/7 and have not received the refund. He has commented he recognized my phone number being from ******. I find it curious that now i can't get through on the phone. He is not answering my calls, nor is he returning my calls. I feel that he has no intention of refunding the order.

      We ship and sell hundreds of orders to ****** each year, this customer being one of them.  We do not, would not and can not block or see calls to the office.  

      Those statements are false.  The customer did ask us to cancel the order, yet the order was already shipped.

      Since the customer filed a complaint with the **********************, we will now follow stick on our terms and conditions the customer agreed to when placing the order.  If the customer wishes to close this case, we will work with the customer on this, otherwise it will follow the terms and conditions that we have in place and have had in place since 2008..

      I ordered two tungsten rings on May 29th. I received them on June 5th. I returned them 8 days later on June 13th. I received an email on June 15th saying that the rings were received and that I would be receiving a full refund in 3-6 business days. On June 28th I sent an email asking after the refund, and received no response. Two days later I called and was told that the refund was sent on June 27th. I sent another email on July 3rd, no response. It is now July 17th and I haven't received the email.

      In full honesty, I wonder where those deliveries went.  I have Door camera at home that
      always shows and give me notifications with every deliveries or every person that passby.
      Something is not right.
      This has never happen to me.  I have ordered a purse that came from ***** which cost over 1K.
      And I received it just on time.  I did this many times in the past and still doing it.  But never a problem.
      But this particular order from this company, there is surely a 'glitch' somewhere.
      So, do I wait for that 3rd delivery?
      The thing is they could never provide me any tracking number.

      Just to keep you updated from my end, I have not received anything.  No 3rd delivery to this time.
      I am attaching few orders which I purchased online from around the world - ***, *********, *****, *****, ******** & ******.  I just want to make a point that none in my online shopping history did I ever have any delivery issue (and thank goodness for that!).  I may have experienced delays in some but no more than 5 days.  Usually the Tracking Number helps to know that my expected item is just awaiting inspection at the border.  It doesn't matter whether the item is addressed to my house (which has surveillance camera) or at work.  This is why I find it a mystery why my TUNGSTEN FASHIONS orders have gone amiss (if they claim to have shipped).
      Here are few of my purchases just to prove that I am a reliable buyer.  ******* review is 100% too!

      In reply to your email which I read on 07 June 2023, where the Business is asking ways to ensure receipt of delivery.
      My suggestion and request is simple - mail it with provided TRACKING NUMBER.  This has always worked in all the much expensive items that I order online, around the world.
      Why can they not give me a Tracking number?  There is DHL, **** Fed EX.  This works all the time.

      On or around July 16, 2022, I purchased a ring from said company. I ordered engraving and followed the steps on Tungsten's site to try the ring first for size and satisfaction before engraving. A week following receipt of the ring, I called the company and left two messages requesting return information so that I receive the engraving I paid $29.94 for. There was no response. The week of August 10th, I called well into business hours and completed the site "Contact form", asking the same. Although I have made four attempts to get a resolve, I have received no follow up from the company.

      Not only did we respond to *************** with emails, we also called her yesterday and left her a voicemail.  We called her within seconds of her email, she never picked up, so again, we left a voicemail.  She never called us back, we simply received this complaint.   Rings that have been engraved are not able to be exchange or returned.  If you did send the ring back, please provide us with the tracking, as we have not received it.
