            In April I gave a deposit for a patio that was supposed to be installed the first week of September. Over the summer I wanted to change the patio design and reached out to the company to discuss the change. On a couple occasions the company said they would come out and then never showed. After sending several emails and calling to try to schedule a time to meet it was clear that the company did not have the capacity and/or interest to complete the work. On August 27th I requested that my deposit be returned because the company was not responsive to my outreach efforts to meet and it was clear that they would not be able to meet the September deadline we had discussed. On September 7th, the company sent me a series of emails to discuss my request and ultimately agreed to return my deposit. Since then I have been waiting for my deposit to be returned. I followed up on September 13th and again on September 20th to inquire about the status of the refund and have not heard back.
