We purchased furniture on April 30, 2024, with the expectation that it would arrive before Memorial Day on May 23. However, the furniture did not arrive as promised and was subsequently rescheduled for delivery on May 29. As of today, June 4, the furniture has still not been delivered.We have requested a credit for the purchase, as we have missed two weekends at our ********** and have experienced extremely poor service from the business. Despite numerous attempts to contact the owners, our calls were not returned. When we visited the store on May 29 to request a credit, we were informed that it was not possible.Finally, on June 3, I managed to speak with the owner, ***************************, who responded unprofessionally by swearing and yelling, stating that it was too bad because they already had our money. Given the unacceptable customer service, we no longer wish to do business with this company.Customer response

I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.
