Purchased a 2013 ***** pilot on March 20,2024. Check engine light has been on since the day we picked it up on March 21, 2024. Has to be to the dealership mechanics twice once for two days and the second time for five days to fix the check engine light, the power steering leak, and some other issues. Got the truck back the second time from mechanic on may 3, 2024 check engine light came back on within an hour. Called the dealership he said there was nothing he could do for me. Got stranded on the side on the road on Sunday may 5,2024 with a smoking engine and truck overheating . Brought it to my personal mechanic and was told the radiator was broken paid $500 to fix that issue. Got into my truck today may 10 2024 truck making a weird noise brought to my mechanic again was told the power steering pump they replaced was no good and theres bolts missing .

      05/15/2024

On 03/21/2024 we sold the 2013 ***** Pilot to Mr. *********************** (Thank you for your business), and as he himself said, the check engine comes up after a few days, and he called us and we asked him to bring the car to our mechanic, he brought it in with another few small things to be checked as well. After scanning the vehicle we found the code P0145 faulty Evap purge solenoid valve, very simple problem we fixed everything and called him to get the car, a week or so later he complained again about the check engine, and we made another appointment. At the shop we ran the scan and showed the code P0455, this code appears when there's a leak in the Evaporative Emission Control (****) system, and the system can't maintain pressure. The **** system usually consists of five main components: the fuel tank, fuel cap, vent valve, purge valve, and the evaporative canister, and then we change the canister and the system worked again also we replaced the power steering pump and drive belt as well, all parts replaced was showed to him. So we offered all assistance to him, as we do to all customers whether the car is under warranty or not. When he called again on 03/05/2024, we just explained that by the law the dealer's 30 day warranty had already expired, but he has 1 year extended warranty, so whatever happened with the car he could take it to his own mechanic and use the extended warranty. It is mandatory in our dealer, all the cars must be sold with an extended warranty, so this way our customers are assured even when the dealer's warranty expires by law. I just don't see any reason for him to make a demand, specially because we gave him all the assistance during the warranty period, but it will be my pleasure to check if there is anything related with the job performed by our mechanic.

      Thank you

Was sold a ****** altima for $11,000 and had issues with the car from the beginning, was told my dealers to bring it back and they would inspect and fix whatever problems it had and then was told nothing was wrong and they wouldnt hear any strange noises. Find out later that the transmission is failing and needs to be replaced.
