Hello my name is ************************* I reside in ********** ** with my disabled wife and our three children we financed a car through omega auto in ***** ************* I am going to give credit where it is due they were very nice coming in for the first time and treated you fairly and I did appreciate them trying to help me but after financing this car and driving home with me and using it for the first year of my finance the car was giving me issues from the start lucky I had the ***************** *** offered but even with that deductible still accure regardless so im always paying for something but the window regulator became an issue I had to repair that multiple times still an issue today I got to have it looked at and fixed again doesnt roll back up like before and than after that issue happened my engine at that time siezed up and had to the entire engine swapped out for a new one that cost me about $900 to $1000 dollars for the deductible after getting this done the car was riding go again for another year little issues here and there window regulator broke again I have some whining sound coming from the engine bay last month tried to start the car this week it wont turn over the engine all of sudden now and won't start stuck in my driveway so essentially I am paying for a car that is stuck not drivable I have made on time payments for 2.5 years just about emailed the finance company next door multiple times emailed proof that hard credit pulls were done when I financed the car always have asked why they won't report my payment history even thought they said they would I have paid nestor $10,400 dollars in total still got one more year left No car for my kids or myself or for work they wont put me in another car unless I put $1000 down so now I got no car no credit reporting so I cant go to another dealer with the opporounity to finance another car through someone else since they refuse to do business with me now! PLEASE SEND MY PAYMENTS TO THE CREDIT AGENCIES!!!
