      I purchased a frame and lenses on June 4th and paid $****** which is half of the total cost. I shopped several places for frames but my favorite was here. I picked up my glasses on June 11 th and paid the remaining balance of $ ******. Not even 2 months later the right temple broke. Unfortunately those frames were discontinued. My only choice was a simple black frame that would fit my lenses. Once again right temple broke within a short period of time. I told them the temples are glued and not strong. They had to order the frame because it was out of stock. At this point I told them this is my 3rd attempt at a solution this should not be happening repeatedly. I also explained that I drive a bus for a living and need my glasses. If this should happen again I want a full refund. On March 10th the right temple broke. I called they said someone would get back to me. When they called the following week they were unaware this happened 3 times. She could not give me a refund. I requested the name of her supervisor should would only give me her first name. I have yet to hear from anyone. I will not accept another frame for 2 reasons. My sole purpose for this purchase was the frame. It was discontinued so I had no options for my lenses. I will not by any frame here because of the shoddy workmanship so what good would my lenses be? I think after 3 times there is no excuse. I've been wearing glasses for decades and never had this problem.

      I have only spoken to them once and that was on March 10th.  I also posted a ****** review and after more than a week later I updated that review to indicate no response from this company. Do they care that I have no glasses. I'm wearing an old pair from 8 years ago. I can't afford to purchase new frames and lenses. This is unacceptable.
