              I ordered the menopause supplement from this company multiple times. To minimize shipping costs, I ordered four bottles. I suddenly started receiving auto-shipments of 4 bottles (similar to another complaint that I read). I called to cancel future auto-shipments, they assured me that I would receive NO future auto-shipments. A few weeks later, I received another auto-shipment of 4 bottles. When I called them to complain again, they stated that it was because I had previously used two different email addresses to do business with them. As a result, they refuse to honor the commitment that they made to me, but rather said that I could return the additional product at my own shipping cost and with a 20% restocking fee, as if they had never made the commitment that I would no receive any more auto-shipped product. I am simply asking that they keep their word to me, but despite repeated requests, they continue to act as if I am simply asking to return a product that I intended to order. I told them that I am completely willing to return the 4 additional bottles if they simply provide a paid shipping label and a commitment to make a full refund.

              The company has not returned my calls or written messages in over a week. I need to return my order but i have no way of learning how to get my money back and how to stop automatic refills. There is no information in their website either. Though their product works, there is no mention anywhere that it is dangerous for estrogen-positive breast cancer survivors as their preparation relies heavily on plants that provide phytoestrogens. When they list the components they talk about other effects but not about plant estrogens which appears purposely misleading.
