This moving's company, afford a move in **************, owned by ***********************, horrible! MY belongings STOLEN!! His comment: "my guys don't play with dolls" when I mentioned $250.00 doll stolen, I know what I own! No one else entered apartment previously resided, I watched all day. In fact the two movers, one younger quiet as a mouse, but deadly, other mover, older deadlier than the younger, I was harassed all day long! Older mover said "I cannot take your plants, kitty litter tray, a few other belongings, what? He got paid almost $800 for the move, Had to ask taxi driver to take my things movers refused. **** never had interview towards these two incompetent men, I sent a letter to ****, mentioned what happened that day which never should have occurred, never experienced such foolishness, its better to move stuff yourself! I was angry, stuff my nana brought from ***** when **** 18 yrs of old, irreplaceable! Gone forever! Other artifacts, antiques, almost $2000.00 worth stolen goods, Cried, and cried, could not stop, those who utter "materialistic", stop right there! Give up your car, your home, your bank accounts and lets see who is materialistic, so be quiet. 'I WANT MY BELONGINGS BACK, DIDN'T PURCHASE FOR YOU WOODHEADS" Don't trust ***********************! No, No ,No! I am still upset, gee, wonder why. Stuff I cannot replace EVER! I do not have computer STOLEN! I cannot upload photos yet or documents/receipts I have for purchases, Have to purchase a new computer, ONCE AGAIN! DISPICABLE ALL OF YOU.Initial Complaint

On January 11 of this year (2022), I engaged the above moving companyto remove my home furnishings and personal belongings from storage (Life Storage in ***, **) and relocate and set-up in the new home I had just purchased in *****, **.During this process these individuals dropped and smashed my ******* and Carleton woman**;s dresser. This piece was purchased directly from The Furniture Barn store in *******, ** and placed in our home with the complete bedroom set in 1970.Prior to this relocation, I had fallen, broken my wrist which was in a cast up almost to my shoulderso I did not notice the damage until the next day.My husband died unexpectedly in June of last year, so I sold our home of ********************************************* July of 2021. Less than six months later I re-hired H31303637**3237373534H to relocate the furnishings into my new home.
