1st order placed 9/26 for $127.41 and I chose one-time option as I was not sure if I would like the meals. 2nd order placed 10/7 charged on 10/11 for $117.87 received on 10/18/22 again chose one-time. If you subscribe the meals are automatically sent to you weekly and will be the same ones. As you can see from the 2nd order this is not the case. I was charged $137.45 on 10/21 but I did not order any meals. I email them immediately the as the phone number listed does not work. The response I received was that I had a subscription which I did not sign up for. Discrepancy if I supposedly subscribed then why am I charged more on the 21st if they are the same meals as I ordered on 10/7. I requested cancellation of the meals on the 21st and monies to be refunded. I did not receive a response back until later that evening saying my meals were shipped.Customer response

I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.
