They charged me $375 for an annual contract for which they were supposed to promptly return for ANY follow up issues or calls at no cost; it was covered in the contract. Never returned any phone calls throughout the year except for one in which I finally got an appointment then canceled said appointment two hours before they were supposed to show, never rescheduled and have ignored daily phone calls to reschedule. Most likely because contract is up at the end of the week and they want to try and tag me for another ludicrous $600 annual contract. All the details are below I hired Anti-Pesto in October 2020 as I found a mouse in my house and wanted everything taken care of ASAP. They came & checked droppings throughout the house and put plastic bait boxes throughout the house. He only found evidence of droppings that indicated one mouse probably migrated up through the walls into the attic and maybe 1-2 others in the basement. NOT an infestation. I asked if he could fill any holes he noticed and he stated that he would check to make sure there was nothing major but it was mostly pointless as they can get in through anything. He charged $375 to place plastic boxes in the house, explained this was for a year-long contract anything from picking up a dead mouse, replacing the bait in the stations, doing another check etc. was covered for a year. I called 2 or 3 times over the year but no return calls after leaving messages. In Oct 2021 my contract will be ending so I want to replace the bait trap filler. Finally got owner on phone, booked an appointment and then calls me hours before the appointment, and cancels, saying they will call to resched. No return call. Called everyday for 2 weeks, no reply. Seems they are waiting until my contract is officially "up" so they can call me back and try and get me to sign another one to do what they should have -- and were contracted to do. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I am owed a partial refund for services they wouldn't adhere to.Business response

Our records indicate that we did try to call you back on more than one occasion, and in the 10 years we have been in business, we have never received a complaint. We take pride in our customer service and would love to discuss this with you further. Our last phone call, you stated you were having a family emergency and would call me back. I appreciate and understand the complexity of dealing with family matters and await your reply to date.
Again, you can call or text me directly, whichever is easier. Yes, your contract expired on 10-31-21 but that does not mean in anyway that we wouldn't honor it due to any perceived communication issues. Your complaint stated that we charged you $375, which is correct, but then you stated "they want to try and tag me for another ludicrous $600 annual contract" The invoice you uploaded shows our rate for a single family home, which is the $375 you paid. We have never discussed any subsequent contracts with you nor would we inflate our rates without notice to our many customers.
