If I could leave no stars, I would. Unfortunately, the owner of this company does not care for his clients at all. We were told twice that he didn't care for the buyers of the house that we were in the middle of purchasing and he was the builder on the project. We were also told during the only time that he would meet with us that he was purposely delaying a closing on another home he was working on because he could. Guess we should have run for the hills after hearing that but we had already been waiting for 4 months for construction to begin at that time. Not only did he admit to not caring and being totally fine with s******* over clients, he has delayed our closing for almost 4 months now due to the disorganization of his building project. We have been asking him for paperwork that was needed for closing for 5 months now. He has only just emailed back after his realtors and our realtor and lender have begged him repeatedly to complete the information for the last month since he has been pushing back closing until because he won't submit the information. I had asked in an email who would be completing the documentation and when can we expect it because we can't close without it to which he responded to which he responded "you fill out the questionnaire with the information that you know and then and only then will I fill out the rest." He doesn't even realize that a) I'm the buyer and b) I legally CANNOT fill it out because I'm not an owner yet nor am I a trustee. If you have the displeasure of running across this company, please keep looking because I guarantee that this owner will not have your interest in mind.
