On 19 April 2021, I had Lisco Irrigation install a full irrigation system at my home. I went with Lisco based on a positive recommendation from a neighbor. I had a very positive experience with the installation and was very happy. Lisco serviced my irrigation system for the winter on 2 November 2021, also with positive results. On 27 April 2022, I opened my irrigation system for the season and discovered one of the 12 zones would not shut off unless I turned the water supply valve off. I called Lisco and they stated they would be in the area on 30 May and could address the problem. I was unable to be home for the visit on 30 May, but my adult daughter turned on the water for them and the Lisco service agent corrected the issue. On 2 June, while mowing the lawn, I discovered several issues resulting from the service appointment. I penned an email to Lisco on that same day to let them know of my concerns in hopes they would address them. The concerns identified to Lisco were 1) one of the lids to a valve control box was not put back in place and instead left in the yard; 2) a second valve control box was flooded to the top and would fill back up with water even when pumped out; 3) several irrigation heads with overspray into paved areas and one head directly hitting the mailbox causing the mail to get wet. I also identified to them that a bank of irrigation heads along the roadway were spaced at varying intervals which left dry spots. Along with providing a written explanation, I provided pictures (attached). On 7 June, I received an email from **** stating he had not had time to address my concerns, but he would as soon as he could. On 13 June I emailed **** asking for an update on my concerns bud did not hear back. On 19 June I called the Lisco office and left a voicemail and still have not hear back. It's now 3 weeks since first contacting Lisco and 'still' no response. Being ignored after paying nearly $5K for an irrigation system is simply unprofessional.

The owner of Lisco looked at the property.  The grass was uniformly green; no dry areas.  The heads that aren't exactly 15 feet apart were spaced according to watering needs, with spray overlapping head-t-head for full coverage.  The overlap onto the pavement is necessary to keep the edges of the lawn from overdrying and burning.  We contacted the customer by email, requesting him to call our office to schedule a service call to adjust the head that is hitting the mailbox, and to make any other adjustments to the system as necessary.  To date, we haven't received a response from this customer.
