Bought a 2020 Infiniti from ****** Acura in August 2023 with a carfax saying no accidents. I questioned the issue with the front bumper not lining up with the fender. ******** said looked like someone went over something or bottomed out and pushed up on it causing the issue. I believed it as there was no damage or scratches on the bumper. 9 months later I bring the car to the body shop and the owner said the front bumper is aftermarket and my car has been in a significant front end collision due to the repairs and damage he seen including cracks in the radiator support. I immediately called ****** Acura and spoke with the sales manager and told him what I found out. I stated I did not want this vehicle and wanted them to get me into something comparable to my Infiniti and he said he could help. I did an Experian Auto Check on the vin number of my car and it shows my car in a front end collision with another vehicle on 6/21/23, less than 2 months before I purchased it. I met the sales manager in person with my report and he said hed talk with the ** and call me. He called a week later and asked if I looked at another vehicle on his lot which I said I seen one. He said it was at their ***** dealership and I said Ill go there to see it. He told me no and that he would get it brought to his location and wait for him to call me, he never called and now I cant get a hold of him. This dealership has had legal issues in the past and I feel they pulled a fast one on me. Sold me a car for a lot of money at a clean carfax price that should have been a lot less money due to the accident which I wouldnt have bought if I knew. They are fraudulent and deceptive

I bought a **** Acura Integra type S on August 7th from Grieco Acura. On Sep 11 2023 I was in a car accident and brought my vehicle to Grieco Collision for repairs. After waiting three months for repairs I picked up my car to find new damages to the rim and body work. My car was also experiencing electrical issues. I reached out to my insurance agent who inspected the car to investigate claims and found multiple parts that were billed to my insurance but not replaced such as the condenser, the hood, headlight assembly, and paint work. On Jan 2nd my insurance agent, myself, and the general manager ****** at the collision center had a meeting to go over findings and attempt a resolution. The collision center offered to fix my car again but refused to hand over the invoices, and showed no remorse. The collision center admitted the technician who worked on my vehicle was fired recently but would not disclose any further information. They refused to answer where the new parts were that were not installed on my vehicle but billed under my insurance. I did not feel comfortable leaving my car there again because of the new damages and unresolved issues. From the time I picked up my car from Grieco Collision to the meeting on January 2nd my car had dash lights, warning lights, alarms going off randomly until it would no longer start leaving me without a car. I had to take ubers, ask friends/family for rides since my 30 day rental insurance had expired. The general manager at the collision center, myself, and my insurance agent had made an agreement to diagnose my vehicle at the dealership. They later found the electrical issues was due to a faulty headlight that was suppose to be replaced previously. I am now paying out of pocket for a rental, experiencing financial hardship from paying out of pocket for ubers, and looking into another collision center for my vehicle. This is the third vehicle I have bought from the Grieco family and they have showed little remorse.

I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.

Grieco Acura is where he bought the vehicle. Grieco collision is a separate entity from Grieco Acura. After reading his concerns and speaking to him in person this has nothing to do with Grieco Acura.

So my situation is that I purchased a car August 26, 2023. I traded in my 2012 Acura TL for a 2016 ***** CRV. Todays date is now November 17, 2023. I do not have a vehicle they are trying to tell me that the situation is they have to update the title of the car which has ****** miles but apparently the title of the ***** has ******* miles. It should not take this long for them to have to update the title. This is absolutely ridiculous and once I heard about the BBB I really wanted to get on board with you guys because I am having a baby and I do not have a car for quite some time. Also, they did not provide me a loaner at least while I am waiting for them to situate this problem. They did at first but they asked for it back. I have been reaching out to them every couple of days to get an update its always I will let you know and we are trying to get in contact with the ***. I do not believe that sincerely and it is extremely frustrating that I have to keep going back and forth all the time I had to reach out to the general manager. He finally did some thing about it four days ago, but I have not received an update nor a response from him since then. As you can imagine how stressful the situation is. Also, I had made a payment for the first car note which was $500. I only paid it because I did not want it to go to the credit bureau, but I did not have the car so Ive made a payment of $500 and did not even have the vehicle so I hope that is something you guys can also help me with today is now November 17th like I mentioned before the next payment is already due and I dont know how I am going to keep paying for something I do not have.

December 7, 2022, I came outside to my vehicle and found a large piece of paint had fallen off the driver side rear door. When I contacted Acura to see if they were aware of this problem, they said they were. They were extending the warranty for eight years, because the ********************* paint was falling off vehicles. Apparently, it never adhered. According to Acura, its only happening on the roof and the hood of the cars and they refused to fix the door of my car. In researching this, I have found several other vehicles online who had the same issue. Unfortunately, I was just outside the eight year warranty. It is obviously a paint adherinf issue that they were aware of and did not notify anybody. They are now refusing to fix my vehicle.

The paint defect is solely affected in the roof, and A pillars for specific VINs manufactured during a specific time period.  Affected Acura owners, were notified directly from the manufacturer to follow a very specific sequence of steps with the dealership, and did have a hard expiration date to comply.

With regard to this complaint, it appears that the affected area is not the roof or A Pillars.  The dealership has no ability to approve a warranty claim with the manufacturer if the vehicle does not qualify.

The customer should be filing the complain directly with ***** North America, and not the dealership.
