My driveway was paved by this company and when it rained my garage got flooded, they came back and picked it up and dug around two cars and left it like that until this day. Water continues to pour into my garage. They mentioned a refund and delayed it every month. I haven heard from them in over a month. I have numerous of text and photos of the damage. Im also trying to take them to small claims court but can not find the right business name.Business response

We are going to take care of it. We are trying we are trying to settle with them, but right now we are out of season and I can not do nothing until spring. So I wanted to make sure that I did file that is saying that I am working on it and I have returned the call.Customer response

In regard to the complaint against Customer paving i would like to REJECT their answer.custom paving stated to me over a year now that they were going to fix my driveway and here we are in another year now and its the same excuse again. I can not find them in the local city or with the State to take them to court. They are not registered. I have number of text and videos of water coming in my garage every time it rains .
After I place this complaint, they did contact me to ask me to let BBB know that it was resolved but i said i would not until it does get resolved.

Good morning,
In response to his complaint , we were hired to pave the driveway. Was not told that the garage floor was pitched wrong and wouldnt meet code. We removed driveway because of the water issue. We will workout a resolution in Spring 2024 the business is closed for the winter season and will respond to this matter in the Spring. Thank you.
