Ok.. My wife and I had a most splendid business experience with Precision Auto Craft. Our ***** CRV had a deer strike that caused a considerable amount of damage. We live in the area, and people that we trust, including our auto mechanic and our insurance company recommended Precision. So nothing is perfect, and in our particular case there were some mechanical and electronic issues that manifested months after receiving our vehicle back. Our vehicle was worked on in the winter months, when hot weather came along our air conditioner was not working at all, again this months after Precision worked on the **** Anyways, the mechanic that we use repaired the system at a cost of about $350.00. I asked him if this failure could have been a byproduct of the original deer strike, and he said yes, most likely. At this time the electronics started failing, the car ran but all that stuff on the dash board was just going all over the place. I went back to Precision and we talked about the two issues and where the responsibilities lied. So without any fuss or argumentation they agreed that both issues were related to the original problem. They corrected the electronic issue, and also worked with my insurance to rebate us the cost of the air conditioning, oh, when we dropped of the ***** for this repair, the owner, yes the owner gave us a ride back home, a good ******************************************** good working order and check. Now Im 77 years old, Im old school touchy *****************. Want good, fair, reasonable, civil interactions. Got more than that from Precision. God forbid that you need their expertise, but if you do, you will not be disappointed. Our experience is that we were treated with courtesy, honesty and professionalism.
