During installation of fiber optic cable in the town of ************* in December 2022, fiber optic cable was run under my driveway apron causing cracking and unevenness. The driveway was just sealed in October 2023. Multiple attempts have been made to resolve this with Project Manager Joe T of Phoenix Communications. After nearly 9 months, I paid to have the apron paid for a total cost of $1550. Phoenix Communications needs to provide me with a check for this amount.Business response

BBB received information from the consumer that after receiving the complaint the business did reach out to the consumer and sent out a check and the consumer is satisfied with the resolution.Customer response
