            In February of 2020 I met with *************************** of H & J Home Solutions, LLC ******************************************************************** *************) to discuss a kitchen renovation. A contract was promised, but never submitted and he requested a $1,000 "good faith" deposit which I gave to him. Due to Covid 19, things were put on hold and then in June of 2020 I texted ****************** to notify him that I would not be moving ahead with the project. At that time he texted that he would refund my deposit. A copy of the text thread is attached.After multiple texts and phone calls, ****************** finally refunded $600 to me on November 10, 2022 with a notation on the check showing a remaining balance of $400 due (copy attached - check shows his personal cell phone number). Despite another numerous round of texts and voice mails requesting the balance owed, to date **************** has not complied with my request.

            I recently had additional cabinets added to my kitchen. Tad and his team oversaw the purchase and installation of the cabinets and granite kitchen top. The quality of their work was excellent and their service very reliable. This is not the first job I have had done by Ridgemark (previously H&J) and they have never disappointed me.
