**** from north star concrete met with me in April gave me an estimate we decided on a price and layout he was suppose to start job on may 13th how ever kept pushing me off because rain and some of his personal issues he finnaly had someone come by and lay a base but did a very poor job. My yard slopes so he did explain he would have to bring in material to raise but never said would ve 3 feet. He was suppose to start forms I gave him second payment of 4000 first payment was 4100 at signing of estimate. He took forever to start forms even after giving second deposit he finaly came and work then stalled again. This project was suppose to take 2 weeks now June 15 is approaching and had a party on 16 I had to cancel he stated would be there on 20 of June and pour and do all work. 20th came was suppose to rain said he could do but said I have to sign waiver. No thanks. So know I reschedule party for the 4th July said this day that day forth came and went no concrete. He said Monday and lost contact fri no word Monday until I posted does anyone know him on a town fb page. He contacted me saying I slandered him and will give me 4000 back and I'm on my own. We went back and forth and he said he would be there the folling thurs to finish forms and pour fri. He did all that but after pouring the forms supports were taking down and back wall is buckling. I sent pic he said it's fine I've consulted 3 other companies they all stated that he should have never built this high and it needs a retaining wall. ***** has yet to finish sealing job and today when I pointed out his mistakes he stated that I asked for **** and that's what I did, I said I'm not professional you are and this is not safe u shouldn't have done it. He stated it's my fault and I need to add fill that he stater 35 days ago I would need not the day we talk about project. I told ************ can not pay him remaining 3000 because this needs to be fixed he does not belive its his issue as the contractor professional
