on August 29, 2021. I was involved in a car accident and my car has been in the body shop since August 30, 2021 it has been close to eight months that my car is still there the name of the body shop is executive auto body at **************************************************** As of today, I have found out that he has closed his doors permanently his phone number ************ has been disconnected .his name is **** .. so not know his last name..I was getting excuse after excuse for my car not being repaired ..now I am without my car 2018 Cadillac DTS, and out the $15,000+ Any help as to a resolution would be greatly appreciated Thank you,Initial Complaint

July 19,2021 brought my car in for repairs, it is now October 17,2021 and have yet to receive any news regarding when my car repairs will be finished. They have already been paid by insurance, they refuse to call or email with any updates and use the pandemic as an excuse for their lack of customer serviceCustomer response

I brought in my car to Executive Auto Body for some relatively minor body work. The work order was to remove the small dings, scratches, and repaint the frame to restore the protective clearcoat.************************ gave me a quote of 2250$, provided I pay cash, up-front. The quote was to take 3-5 days' work.I brought in my car on Sept 7, 2021, and paid 1200.00$ in cash.(NOTE: the quote is dated wrong)Then, the delays, and excuses started. Days, turned into a week, then two, then three.Without going into further detail (and there's lots more!), *************** has not honored his time estimates for completing the work requested, or given me a final **** outlining the work. What I can say, is the work he did (replaced a few nuts and bolts on my rear bumper), is not worth 1200.00$ of labor.Hopefully you can help!
