Title Boxing Assembly Row offered me a membership via text message. They did not explain the terms of membership, and when I agreed to the price and number of classes, they signed a contract with the words "phone agreement" under my account number. This contract was not read to me nor explained to me before they signed under my account.When I realized they had made up this contractual agreement, I attempted to cancel my account. They sent several aggressive emails and tried to bully me into paying the amount that they had charged me. I did not, under any circumstances, agree to the membership they had on file for me. After asking politely several times, I finally canceled the card associated with my account.Title began texting and calling me informing me that they were going to send my unpaid bill to a collections agency. I ignored their pestering. I was contacted by a collections agency 6 months later. My collections account manager took one look at this contract signed "phone agreement" and dropped the case.Title attempted to bully and ******* me out of thousands of dollars because they could not admit that they made a mistake in not explaining the full terms of the contract to me. DO NOT sign contracts with them. These are shady people who are not acting with the goal of taking your money, not providing boxing classes. The way they treated me was unbelievable every step of the way. It is unfathomable that they signed a contract "phone agreement" in my name without so much as mentioning a contract.Please use extreme caution when interacting with this business.

*****, We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the membership that you agreed to over the phone. The membership you agreed to was not only explained via phone by our manager but you also received and email prior to signing up about the cost of the memberships but also the day you signed up you received the contract that you agreed to via email which you open and read (which we can see from our system). Further more the membership was a month to month agreement and you took classes with us over several months meaning that you used the club over consecutive months so you know you committed for more than one month. Upon looking at your club usage and when the membership went past due we emailed you and texted you multiple times over a **************************************************************************************** communication from you to resolve the matter. Once again we are sorry that you are unstatisfied with business but we did everything on our end to make sure the matter was resolved prior to being sent to collections but you never responded to us reaching out.
