I want to inform you I purchased a veichle **** ********* Subura Broadway Auto Sales **** 525 Broadway ********** ** ********** and they put illegal inspection sticker on, also Midas in **** ** **************************************** ************ said rear end gone I was supposed to go to Broadway Auto 736 Broadway ****** ** ************ Mgr ***** on Broadway said fix today now next week I feel not keeping the word the outcome I want car fixed as indicated and called BBB or give me money back or my car ************************* ************Business response

Hi *****, your car passed state inspection at a certified MA inspection station. Sometime after that you informed us that you heard a sound coming from the back. We asked you to drop the car off at our mechanics shop to be diagnosed and fixed at your earliest convenience. You told us you would like to bring it to be fixed last Friday 2/25/22, because it was your day off from work. Unfortunately, because of the snow storm, we had to move your appointment, to Tuesday 3/1/22 (your next day off). For some reason you felt it important to contact the BBB because we had to move your appointment. We are repairing your vehicle today (Tuesday) 3/1/22 under warranty and AT NOT COST TO YOU.Customer response

Car stalled out two more times , they put new spark plus in the car and she said that ***************************** slammed the phone in my face
I would like my money back and the money for my trade inBusiness response

All covered defects with the vehicle have been repaired. Although the customer didn't like waiting for the repairs to be made, we got it done quickly. The vehicle has been returned to the customer and it is running excellent. There was no charge to customer. I think ***** is happy now.
