I went to get my nails done here. My pinky nail was dug out with a plastic tool and it was severely injured. The woman tried to solve the problem by putting nail polish remover on it which was extremely painful and then proceeded to use an electric nail file on the nail as it was bleeding profusely. There was no apology. They charged me $92 when the stated amount for a manicure was $55. Not even 48 hours later one of my nails broke so badly that it was bleeding a lot and for a very long time. I went back after work that day and asked them to fix it and they refused. I asked for a refund and they refused. I did not yell or anything just asked for a refund and they called the cops. I waited for them to arrive to get my refund for the pain I had been caused by there poor workers job on my nails but they never arrived. There was also an excessive amount of glue on my hands that I was peeling off for the next day and a half after the manicure.Customer response
