Purchased house in May - builder has failed to make repairs and repairs he has made are faulty. Several issues: is black mold in the attic due/sewage stench in the house due to repeated plumbing mistakes. Blue ***************** found the issue and is going to repair it. Otherwise, we have an improperly built roof, a leaky foundation, unfinished paint and plastering, a missing door in the basement, missing screens for the windows, faulty circuit breakers. Builder is aware of problems, schedules times to fix, and no shows. Has house inspected out of pocket-sent report to builder and he made no effort to fix issues. His workers are incompetent and leave work unfinished, so having him fix his own work creates more issues that need to be fixed.
