In mid October I bought a 2014 Dodge Avenger from South Easton Motor Sales and drove it for about a month. My coolant reservoir and engine was mixed oil/coolant and my temperature gage was spiking. I called to let them know I believe I had a bad head gasket and needed immediate work, the receptionist asked me to drive it down. I told her it was undrivable and that I needed to call someone to tow it from Raynham to South Easton, and they would look at it since it is warrantied. They insisted it was not a head gasket and that the fluids were just low. After about a week of thinking it was alright and testing driving it almost 400 miles, I called and they told me they ran into problems and it was the gasket, and that I'd need an entire engine swap. They kept it over Thanksgiving and couldn't give me a loaner due to being 20 (leaving me stranded) and gave me no updates on my car exce0t maybe one phone call. They vaguely told me they found another car they could swap it with that had ****** miles; at first i wanted to return the car (lemon law) but they told me i could only do that if it was before 30 days; all the paperwork of what was done, all the information for the car from the swap and anything that might come up, they said of course and gsve me my car back, and I was supposed to get a call back about the documents/paperwork. I received nothing, so I called to try and get an update and was told I'd get a call back tommorow. The person I've been dealing with called me back, said he could email the sheet of everything done. I asked if it would have all the information about the other vehicle and I was told he doesnt do that; when it was supposed to be done when they took the other car. After being passive aggressive and saying I yell at him when I call and "he's going through it" he hung up on me. Although I have a warrantee, since nothing Is being properly documented or communicated and they could have put anything in my car, I no longer even want it.Business response

*************** is correct on what transpired through the process. We replaced his engine outside of the lemon law warranty at no charge and we repaired as quickly and as professionally as possible at no charge to ***************. I personally dropped the ball getting *************** the written repair order which he brought to my attention when he and another called yelling on a speaker phone and name calling. I apologized several times but the yelling and name calling continued. **************** will have a written repair order emailed to him by the close of business Friday. We are polite and professional to all our customers and we wanted to be treated in the same fashion. Again we apologize about the repair order. -*****
