      During Covid my father had his roof replaced by them and we had a problem with the front porch leaking there quality guy came out and said it had nothing to do with them. skip to now my basement has been leaking so we called another company to find out our problem. the gutters were installed incorrectly and there is no flashing on the front porch roof which is causing the gutters to not work properly.

      We have no record of any repair taking place during Covid for this address. We did an install in 2017 which was a partial roof. No gutters were ever done by us according to our records. We also have no records of anyone calling for a warranty issue.

      It has been over 9 months with no resolve in replacing a bad double pane window in my bay window. *** had excuse after excuse after excuse and the run around with no resolution. All promises of getting it fixed have led to more excuses.

      We Worked along with ****** the manufacturer of the windows and also had them do the install. Upon learning of the defect Adam Quenneville Roofing & Siding reached out to the proper channels at ****** and informed them as well. Records Indicate that ****** had sent their technician to access the issue and concluded that it was a manufacture defect and not an install issue. ******************* as well as Adam Quenneville Roofing & Siding were rest assured by an ****** rep that they had ordered a new crank out sash to replace the defected product and would reach out when it was ready. Since that time ****** tech has left the company. Adam Quenneville Roofing & Siding then sent our own tech out to obtain the serial number of the window so we could take it from there seeing as ****** had let the matter slip through the cracks. Adam Quenneville Roofing & Siding in the meantime had kept ******************* updated on the status of the order, manufacturing and delivery and installment. Due to Covid this process had been delayed longer than usual. In understanding ******************* frustration Adam Quenneville Roofing & Siding has offered to cover all the cost of the replacement and installation. We also offered her a **** prepaid gift cards as we value our customer satisfaction.  ****** has now on multiple occasions ordered either the wrong size windows or on another occasion shipped the correct size but the incorrect Grid Configuration inside the glass. An Adam Quenneville roofing & Siding tech had to even drive cross state lines to ****** ** 1hr and 30 Min away to see to it personally to see that they got it right and yet they once again admittingly mis ordered it for a 3 rd time.  To date Adam Quenneville Roofing & Siding has been keeping ******************* informed once a week on the delivery date for the new window. November 18, 2022 is the date that ****** is expecting the correct window to be delivered. ******************* is top priority. We have since stopped doing business with this manufacture.

      I am rejecting this response because: Unfortunately I cannot accept this response as a resolution to my complaint. While I understand with the supplier their continued mistakes miss orders of the correct window, to replace the defective one, Adam Quenneville customer service as outlined in their response, is not what happened in reality. I paid Adam Quenneville for the job to be completed correctly, they subcontracted *** **** and still no window after 9 months. *********; even told me at one time ****** (some other window company would come take the window out repair it and put it back in, for they were not going to work with *** ****) which could take time and leave my window open or at least boarded with *******(well this never happened either, and now we're back to *** ****???I don't want a repaired window, I want a new window) There have been stretches of time over a week or two or more when I had to reach out to ******************* General Manager and even Adam Quenneville himself to see what was happening with my new window. No specific **** Gift Cards have been offered by **** or ****...So now around November 18th or so, is when we should be closer to a specific resolution. Until then, the goal of getting that new window installed is my high priority, has not happened. Until it is installed to my satisfaction, then the issue should hopefully be resolved.

      When ****** sent just a replacement pane of glass we spoke with the customer informing her that we would prefer to send a glass company to install the glass so that there would be no time frame of a window being left wide open while we went to the company to have them install the glass into the sash. We would have rather them come to her house to avoid this.

      Ultimately ****** sent the wrong material.

      We have once again gone out to ****** to make our own complaint with them and ordered the whole sash once again. 

      The projected delivery date on the sash is 11/18/22 according to ******. We continue to make weekly contact with the customer and the manufacturer keeping up to date

      On 6/29 a represenitive from Adam Q came out to give us an estimate for repair on facia/ scoffed . We were quoted a price signed a contract and put one third down for deposit. The job was supposed to be done the following week. After 2 weeks I called to inquire what the delay was and was told that another represenitive supposedly came to my home and reported back that the damage may be more extensive and it would cost up to 1500 dollars More !! I am retired and disabled and am at home all the time with my dog who barks if anyone is near my home. I don't belive a 2nd rep was ever here and I'm belive I am being scammed! Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

      We had a quote done for siding on our house, they gave us a price quote of $12k. That was better than the other 2 companies we had checked with and they could start sooner as well. Them came and did the work but didn't do everything. They had to comeback and correct multiple mistakes that were made and replace pieces of siding. Then they had to finish the work they didn't complete, the large area of trim around the roof and ease. When I notified them they didn't do it, they said they would come back and correct the errors and complete the work they didn't finish. After completing the work, they added $1900 to the bill for the areas they didn't do the first time. We want the additional money back they swindled us out of by leaving an obvious eye sore area on our house, and then charging extra money to come back and complete it. Their error by the salesman in quoting the original price for the work is not my fault and shouldn't be. Even when manager agreed with me.

They refunded the additional money.
