The pricing of tobacco products are always wrong on their cigar packs. Tag says $5.09 plus tax which is .41 cents but Im being charged $7.00 . I mention it to employee she has no clue gets manager she said its wrong price but still charges the $7.00 price because it rang up that way I should of got a receipt but I was so annoyed by time I left I forgot to ask for it . And mind you every other store the price is $4.00 w tax clearly something wrong here.Business response

On Monday January 29 at approximately 7PM I went to honey pot farms store. I picked up apple juice and cheese and nuts package. The total price of this was just over 4.00. I paid with a 1.00 bill and also 2.00 lottery ticket. It came out to a little under 2.00 when I did this about 1.94. I put my debit/credit card in and signed a receipt. I was then told after I signed it that it did not go through thus putting my card through again and signing a second time. I told the worker, I hope I was not charged twice and two receipts come out. He said, I get two receipts. When I looked at my bank 2 transactions occured. I was charged approx 1.94 which is how much I should have been charged. I also got charged 4.94. They owe me 4.94. They should not have charged me twice. When I called I was told that this has happened to other customers too. I am waiting to talk to the manager and would not like to miss work to do so.Customer response

I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. I am choosing not to wste my time in response to this with them. I do hope they resolve this in the future so other people are not taken advantage of at the ************ Family Farms.Business response

After further investigation of this matter that was originally sent via mail, this complaint does not pertain to Global Partners. Our Regional Manager reached out to complainant last night via text since there was no address on the complaint, The complainant responded and identified the store is located at ******************************************************** Global Partners sold that site in late winter of 2023. Our Regional Manager is waiting for complainant to call him back to let her know this site is no longer part of Global Partners.

Placed order on website on 11/29 using my actual address & website showed I was placing order through Fair Haven store. Upon submitting order it changed both my location & store to ************. I called them immediately & order had to be cancelled because they don't deliver to my location. They said they couldn't refund & to call ********, even though I hadn't placed order through Doordash. ******** said they can't do anything, that they don't even have the payment info and to contact Subway. I have contacted Subway's online support multiple times & been lied to multiple times, they told me the charge was through Doordash, not Subway so they couldn't refund (my bank statement shows different), told me Doordash was in process of refund & would be contacting me - completely false. I just want my $26 back for goods/services that were NOT rendered.Business response

On October 18 around 300 little after I went to the citgo located on the ******* in ********* love it there. Arrive at the gas station I made a cup of coffee and realized it tasted a little different proceeded to walk up to the register to pay for it I mentioned it to the lady with the glasses on that was cashing me out about the coffee she told me that it was the way I made my coffee and that no one else complained about the coffee all day except for me it get worse then I mistakenly thought she charged me for the wrong cup ounce and she rudely told me to count the change in my hand that it's 86 cents.She proceeded to ask me if I want my receipt in a condescending matter in front of customers. She was blatantly rude and her customer service *****. Why is she even working there especially if she doesn't like her job. I never had issues with no staff in that store until yesterday.Business response
