Winslow's man came out timely to do a full-scale servicing on our gas boiler, and found and fixed issues that had been missed by our previous service provider. He was knowledgeable and raved about his employer, which is a sign of a solid company.

Winslow has been the most constant reliable companies since we purchased our home 15 years ago. As a small business owner myself I cannot say enough about the customer service. Techs are always polite and knowledgeable and the office staff is like calling a friend!! That is so important to me. A good company is difficult to find so Im so glad we found Winslow.E.F. EF Winslow is a terrific company. Their staff and technicians are top notch. They handle all my servicing whether ********, plumbing, electrical, maintenance, generator installation or construction. Their work is of the upmost quality. Would recommend them for any job!Review from Avi I

EF Winslow was contracted to do my generator. After completion I received a notice from Commission that EF Winslow did not get a approval to install the generator. Further more they installed it on a forbidden area. As a result I was given a warning (you can go to jail for years for that) ************** gave me 3 months to relocate the genrator closer to the house. EF Winslow forced me to sign an order for about $7K to move it even though its totally thri error. Bottom line they are after me to pay for thier error. I showed them the MA law that the contractor is responsable to get all permits,did not help Highly recommand not to use them ever.Review from Susan B

I called at 7:30 on a Saturday morning, spoke to ********* who said someone would return my call. Water in basement turned out to be coming from washing machine issue on first floor. No return call so I called another plumber. Im a senior with a husband who has dementia. Very difficult situation. No stars for Winslow, but one for the lady who answered my call. I wont call again, sorry.
