All I wanted to do was support a local business and it turned into a nightmare. To start my appointment was for 2:30, at 2:50 no one had showed up yet or contacted me. I called them, only to be told they were running late but couldn't find my number. My interior was clean, the job looked done well. It was raining when they left so all my car windows were up. The next morning I got into my car, had to put towels down on the seats because they were still very wet. There was a lot precipitation on the inside of my windshield. I turned on my car and the center counsel screen did not turn on. I tried to reboot it myself, was unsuccessful. At this point I took my car to my mechanic in a panic. I called Demos carpet to discus what was going on and the the owner simply stated he knows for a fact he did not cause this damage, it wasn't possible. Even though my screen was working just fine 20min prior to his staff cleaning it. We said he didn't know what else to tell me and that I had to figure it out myself. I'm devastated to have the realization that people treat others like this.

We never damaged her radio. Her first complaint was that she insisted I sprayed stuff causing it to break. I explained to her the radio is only cleaned with a dry cloth. Two days later it was a different story. She states her seats were two wet and that caused her radio to break. She also complained of condensation which was caused from the rain not by our cleaning. Her seats were heavily stained and dirty and her car had a horrible odor. The process involves steam cleaning and when cleaning any fabric we take great precautions not to over saturate any areas of the seats. I explained the dry times vary depending on many factors. In her case 18-24 hours. Never is 15 years have we caused damage inside a vehicle and if I did cause the damage I would certainly try to rectify the problem. I did offer my mechanic to look at it but she insisted that she didn't trust my mechanic. Therefore I don't feel responsible for any of her claims regarding this matter.
