This dentist office was run by the nicest most kind professional dentist I ever met for years until he had an accident. His practice was taken over by advance dental and the service just went straight downhill from there. I was talked into getting an upper partial, which I did not want and made that clear, but was talked into by the lady dentist there. The denture I got did not even fit into my mouth when it came from the lab. After butchering it with a grinder to get it to fit, it was loose and would not stay in place. Also they had a metal wire that went in small area between 2 teeth and wrapped arounf=d the bottom of the tooth. This caused severe pain in the teeth when I bit into things because metak was being wedged between 2 teeth and the wire in front was so low on tooth it got pushed up and made denture pop out. When I asked her to fix or replace it she said I was stuck with it.I could nevere wear it because of lousy craftsmanship. During a visiti 2 weeks ago I was told I needed a root canal and they scheduled it for the following week. When I showwed up I was told I needed to have the tooth extracted and a new partial made. When I asked why she would not do a root canal,she said we do not have the equiptment here to do it. So ibstead of helping me find a way to save the tooth, she wanted me to have it pulled so she could bill me for another denture. THe staff there is rude, the dentist is rude and aweful at her job, and they will be reported to Masshealth for fraud for billing me for visits that were not actual visits. Avoid this dumpat all costs.
