In September of 2021 Rescon came to my home to remediate mold in a few rooms. My insurance company contracted them out. During the process a skylight was broken by the company. When I asked my insurance company about payment for the skylight I was told rescon was responsible for payment. I have been going back and forth with various employees of rescon for almost a year now. I still havent been paid for the window. I had a Man named ***** from rescon came to my home accessed the damage in a March **************************************************** $2,200 for the window and labor. Still not enough in my opinion but I went ahead and hired someone to do the work. When I didnt receive this I called rescon and found out he is no longer with the company. A man named *********************** told me ***** wasnt allowed to make that decision and ****** sent me a check for $600. In May of **************************************************************************************** ($3,800). He told me to send him the invoice and he would pay me for the whatever I paid for the repair. It is now almost August and I still havent been paid. You will also see that ******************* was cced on all emails from ***** their estimator. Any help from the BBB would be much appreciated. Thank you.Business response

We RESCON have spoken with the ** and we will be sending a check for reimbursement. this issue has been resolved.
