I was dealing with Justin which is a godsend. The owner **** needs to but out. Had me so aggravated I ended up in hospital. The owner needs to remind himself he doesnt know health conditions of who he talks to. The man has no compassion. I was a car accident and have thecal sac leaning against spinal Cord.I have also told this business not to speak to sister since there are issues with them stealing my moms belongs and got rid of her cat. They are not next of kin!!!! But **** did. I did tell ********** wanted to deal with ******. I have left multiple messages and nothing. I will be looking at others for my mom cremations. I do want to reiterate this all on owners fault and nothing of ******. The owner needs to retire cause all he is about is $$$ and not the best interest of family. I have also gave ****** the card to charge the 1750 2-3 weeks ago for everything to be paid but **** apparently did not confer with ****** Refund 1750

Just received email today, 6/20/23.  Need time to go through file and then will respond on Friday, June 21st.

      Business response

      06/21/2024

The deceased, ********************************* passed away on April 26, 2024 at 6:40 a.m. at **************** Nursing Home.  The nursing home tried contacting ********************************* and was not able to get a hold of her.  The second emergency contact was the deceased sister, *****************************. She was contacted and instructed the nursing home to contact us to take the deceased into our care.  ******* contacted our office on 4/26/24 at 5:45 pm to state not to cremate her mother until she knows the cause of death. ******* did not like the cause of death and proceeded to contact the Massachusetts Chief Medical Examiner, the ************************** and the ************************** to investigate her mothers cause of death.  All directors in the office have left messages on ******** cell phone with no response back from her until we heard back from her on May 17, 2024.  She stated that she is still waiting to hear back from anyone regarding the neglect of her mother.  All three agencies looked into the matter and found that there was not neglect and that the cause of death was sufficient.  After no response from her,**** Sampson, President called her to try and move things along, as we have never had someone abandon a deceased.  On June 5, 2024 she emailed us stating that she is ready to move forward.  Documents were emailed to her on June 7, 2024 to sign in order to have her mother cremated. She did not sign the documents until June 18, 2024.  ********************************* has not paid anything to have her mother cremated.  She asked if we could apply for state aid to help with the costs.  ********************************* was cremated on June 20,2024.

      Complaint: 21807897

I am rejecting this response because:
I did not abandon **** the so called owner argued and argued when I was still waiting for state police and he stated *************** looked into the. Case which is false. They only gave me the proper order which is first elder affairs which there was a complaint already filed against facility cause of errors and they did not return phone calls since they fail the improper care. So then ii had to contact the state police which they asked medical examiner to please look at the deceased since the dr wrote stroke. ****** from funeral home spoke to the dr and Dr state he only wrote stroke cause that was what she was admitted 4 months prior.  There was many errors done by facility. Bringjam womans hospital pathologist wanted to a full Autopsy. The pathologist personally called me and asked me what I was looking for, and what date she died on, and he was very honest and stated that it was too late. It could there was no way he could inconclusively state. There is negligence, whether it was a stroke or not, I called I then called the funeral home and asked to speak to ***** to move forward. ***** was unavailable and I got an email with the wrong price. It was fixed, but **** the so-called owner argued and argued and argued when he did not know what was going on it was on the folder not to call the family except for my daughter , because they dont know anything they didnt care they werent following up or anything. They actually stole from my mother so that was the reason why they were not supposed to be called. He argued and argued and argued with me. I was in a severe accident the beginning of April and so  Upset I said I have to get off this phone. Im not gonna go in here. Any further have ****** call me he continue to argue and I hung up the next day muscle every joint his aggravation sent me to the hospital. I could not move could not walk and this is what he did  to the deceased daughter . There is no way he should be talking to somebody The way he did. But yet he just kept on going. He didnt know what was going on. I have something leaning against my spinal cord and when I get upset to the point where I almost cant talk my whole body shut down and this is what he created. I didnt abandon her. I wanted the truth of how my mother died into this day. I know its not a stroke. If this is the true owner, he shouldnt be in this business. If this happened to his mother, the way she was treated in that rehab facility. He wouldve done the same thing but the way he spoke to me states he has no heart or its frozen cold so maybe he wouldnt cared but sorry I cared about my mom.. A civil case is being filed against the nursing facility since the governors office helped me push through the complaint with elderly affairs. They are also helping me with the kid with the lawsuit.. **** be speaking to the lawyer in ************* soon and see what can be done about ****. What he did was unprofessional and should not be in the business when someone is grieving over their mother because of neglect from a facility and then I get from this business owner from the owner more backlash. When I spoke to ******, we went forward and I had to talk with him and I stated to him we had disagreements, but he never got me as aggravated as the owner did and the owner needs to take responsibility for his actions.

      Sincerely,

      *********************************
