            7 months ago we purchased Cabinets from Kitchen Solutions. Early in the purchasing process and during Bill was very helpful. Some of the cabinets received were damaged and Bill ordered them along with some additional trim which was needed for finishing of our Hightop counter in our Kitchen. Bill did share that there has been some supply chain issues and in our most recent conversation in late August, 2021 he confirmed he had all the items but 1 cabinet door he had to order. We asked if we could have the Spice Drawers, Hightop Trim and let us know the ETA for the replacement door in front of where our dishwasher would be. We have left numerous calls over the past few weeks with no responses. All we are looking for are the materials so we can finish our Kitchen. Bill has been paid in full for all items other than the Cabinet Trim. We are hoping that you can help us with a resolution to this problem. Our Carpenter has quit due to the time frame and not willing to wait for the items.

            After visiting numerous cabinet dealers, Bill was referred to us by a couple of friends who had worked with him in the past and had nothing but good things to say about him. We ended up picking out a white modern shaker that we had seen at another cabinet dealer. We are extremely happy with our revised plan and the quality of cabinets. My husband ended up doing the install himself with Bill walking him through the entire process even lending him some tools that my husband didn't have. The price we saved going with Bill for our cabinet order versus the other dealer was almost enough to buy our granite countertops. Very happy with this kind of genuine- honest service especially in todays world.
