      ************************* of Green Team Landscaping was reimbursed in full for the materials he ordered from ****************** for me on his credit card, those materials were used to build a patio at my home and totaled $6129.88. Once the patio was completed the pallets used to deliver the materials and extra materials were returned by me to ****************** on 11/30/21 and 12/21/21, totaling $453.06. My agreement with ***** was that once I returned the materials I would inform him I returned the materials (which I did via text message on 12/21/21) and he would contact ****************** to have the $453.06 reimbursed to his credit card, and then the $453.06 would be returned to me by him. I got into contact with ****************** and they informed me that as of 2/15/22 all of the $453.06 had been reimbursed to *****' credit card. After 2/15/22 I contacted ***** multiple times via text and voicemail asking him to return the $453.06 owed to me. Those text messages and voicemails went unanswered. As a result, I contacted a lawyer about his failure to return the $453.06 to me and the lawyer instructed me to send him a certified letter informing him that I am aware the $453.06 had been returned to him and that money must be returned to me per our agreement by 4/8/22. I received a notice in the mail from the **** that ***** received the certified letter on 3/25/22. The deadline of 4/8/22 passed without ***** returning any of the money to me. I then ran into ***** in person on 4/13/22, he told me he got the certified letter and he would return the money to me "next week" and that he had not returned the money because he did not have my phone number. I then took out my phone and text him "This is *****************" he responded with "Message received". As of 4/26/22, he has still not returned any of the $453.06. I made clear in the certified letter that if the money was not returned to me by 4/8/22 I would be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

      Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. 

      The complaint/review that I wrote about his business should be posted on the BBB website because I am confident that the only reason I was paid in full was because we had a court date in August and ***** had no chance of winning. Other persons need to be warned about him.
