I started leasing a vehicle from said company in the month of August, 2022. Since then I had a couple of issues with the vehicle. The ac/heater doesnt work properly, I have a leak coming from somewhere in the car and now I'm having transmission issues. I've told them a few times about the issues and they've been telling me they will take care of it, I've contacted them several times and they always say they'll get back to me and never do. I just lost my job cause I couldn't make it to work cause the car is not reliable driving it. I've been paying my insurance and the car payments are up to date, I even have a warranty for the car which I'm paying extra on my car payments for which I consider a waste of money since no work ever gets done on the vehicle when they say it will. I just want them to fix what's been wrong with the car and the issue of the transmission that just recently happened, if they cant do that I would like to get my down payment back and the extra money for the warranty I've already spent.Business response

Hello, customer purchased the 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee on August 19,2022. Customer came in saying the AC was not blowing cold on driver side vents. We replaced a blend door actuator and the issue did not get resolved. We advised customer to come back to further diagnose the issue. Customer stated he would return at a later date but never returned. We are still liable for said issue and will do anything necessary to resolve this AC issue. Regarding the transmission issue, customer called saying vehicle was having transmission issues well after our 30 day warranty period. Advised customer he has an extended warranty that he purchased. I have included copy of said warranty in this response. In order to get repairs done with extended warranty customer has to bring his vehicle to a licensed repair facility. We are not a licensed repair facility. AC issue is under warranty with us because the issue was brought to our attention before the 30 days so we are still liable and customer needs to bring vehicle in for us to further diagnose. The transmission issue is not covered through our 30 day warranty because it was well after the 30 days but customer can bring vehicle to any licensed repair facility with copy of warranty and they will work directly with the warranty company. I bought a car like 2 months ago in this dealer. Since I got the car, I told the dealer that the car's starter wasn't working right. Then, the starter stop working. I let the dealer know about it and he refused to fix the car. He told me that his cars have only one month of warranty. As far as I know, a use car over $5,000.00 dollars have 3 months of warranty. I have the car in a car repair shop. It will cost me over $300.00 dollars to fix it. I'm wondering if you can help me get my money return from the dealer. Thank you.
