      I placed an online order on January 5th last month. I was promised a refund due to the extended amount of time for the food to arrive and the manager failed to ever issue a refund. I had to reach out after two weeks of not seeing it reflected on my account to find he was on vacation. When he returned on the 21st, I called yet again and he instead offered to comp a meal because he failed to have processed the return before his vacation and it had "been too long". I declined his offer and insisted on getting the return he promised. He reluctantly then processed the transaction and it has been almost a month and I still have not received a refund. The original order took just nearly 3 hours to deliver and my office is across the street 1/5 of a mile away, within walking distance. There was no reason it should have taken 3 hours to delivery cold food and each time I called for an update on the delivery status he told me the driver was en route. If I had known it would take so long I would have ordered from a different establishment and canceled my order. I only have 30 minutes each day to take a lunch. Each time speaking with *****, he is rude and callous and dismissive. He has not provided me with any official receipts for returns and either dodges my phone number or disconnects the call. I have to keep chasing him for updates even though he has my phone number he has never called once or left a single voicemail. He has never offered me a cash refund as he claims.

      I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. I have never had them initiate any contact after saying they would refund me my money since January 5th. Each time I have to contact the restaurant myself for an update and the manager, *****, just gives me the run around. I've requested documentation for my return and he agrees on the phone and hangs up without even asking for my email. He has my cell phone I've given it to him numerous times and he still has not called me once ever.
