STONEHAM AOTO SALES, I ********************* and my brother *********************** were out shopping for a used car. WE Came across STONEHAM auto sales owner ***** we made arrangements to meet and take a look at a 2002 ****** Camry 4 door sedan. Automatic, Black in color .95,644 miles listed for $6,600. ***** sold the camry for ******** plus filing fees and ************ Coming to total of ********. Car was in fair shape inside was scrappy n lots of scratches and some rust. Regardless my brother bought it. I on the other hand put a deposit for a 2002 ****** corolla ******* miles 4 door sedan Red in color. I was interested enough. So I put a deposit down .******* car was a total of ********. Plus taxes ,title and filing fees. I WOULD OWE ***** POSSIBLY ****** MORE DOLLARS..I really like ***** and felt as though he had sturdy reliable vehicles. . I put the deposit 5000,00 CASH... I changed my mind by the next day. I was unsure after I gave him the deposit I felt as though I really wasn't sure. I asked ***** to put in writing if I changed my mind he would try to find me something more of my liking. He did write that on my deposit slip.. Well immediately next day I knew I was not happy w the Carolla. ***** told me not to worry he would find me something else. That was holiday weekend i did call him n tell him He said ok after New Years we will see what he can find. WE'LL WITH alot of back n forth ***** never found me anything else to see. Around February 13th i asked for my money back I spoke w ***** he informed me he had put my deposit in his personal banking account and he could not get the money to me because he was in the middle of trying to buy a house! I asked why my money was deposited for we never took possession of the ****** Carolla nor anything else. He promised me March 3rd I would have my money minus *****. I would receive 3,****** instead of my deposit ********. I am completely dumb founded. I am out ******* with NO VEHICLE. I NEVER DROVE THE COROLLA ONLY FOR A TEST DRIVE....Please help me.
