Dear BBB,I am looking to get some help resolving the issue that is being ignored completely by the Meest / Bosmix LLC company.This company provides international shipping services.Shipping cost total - $68.43 Package Cost $300.It's been over 5 months since I dropped off package US198212 at Meest *********, ** location on Feb 2nd.Tracking number : CV006445630RU.When I use tracking number today (7/19/22) it shows the package is at Seaport in ******* since 3-12-22. After multiple calls using the support number ************ I found out that the package is located in **** - *******. Meest representatives provided no additional information. I've been told that it won't be returned back to sender. Conversations were unpleasant, phone support was short and not willing to help or provide any useful answers. During the support phone call I was given the email address ************************************* that I emailed 5 times and never got a response.I've insured this package when I purchased their service. I am just trying to have it sent back to me or just use the insurance to cover the package cost. Package cost was $300, insurance paid $15 which makes up 5% of the package cost. I do have all the confirmation emails from this company. Meest collaborate with Bosmix LLC upon the registration process. (please see attachment/image)Hopefully we can get this resolved soon. I have been ignored for too long.It doesn't seem that the package is lost, it seems that the company was unable to deliver and not willing or unable to return to sender and ignoring the insurance coverage requests.Emails used:************************************* - 5 times ************************************* 2 times ************************************ 2 times P.S. - BBB I know that you are awesome, please help me out here.I am just basically being ignored and I feel ripped off.Customer response

I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.
There was absolutely 0 actions taken about my complaint. I believe at this point Meest company is basically acting as a thief. They took my belongings and money as a professional business in shipping services, then failed to deliver the packafe, after that failed to return the package to sender, after that failed to fulfill the insurance claim. I've left a review on ****** maps and they responded to it saying that I left the review for Meest Boston and my problem is actually with Meest ********** ... what a bunch of clowns. I did my business with Meest Boston and this is a typical finger pointing within the company between different branches. I never got any response about this situation over the email from Meest. Shame on you guys.
