  The worst company hire. To finish small chicken **** over 7 month is. It where was water damage and my insurance was involved to remove all wet walls and flooring. Northeast Fine Finishes Llc I hire them to rebuild my small kichen. I had one cracked cabinet and showed them it was cracked and need to be fixed or changed ************** the supervisor told me he will take care of it. He never did nothing I still crackedcabinet. My floors and counter top are not labeled, I have some walls they put on are not straight lines. He charged me to the end over $26k, I will like they refund some of the money.We was out of chicken for 7 months and with my 3 young kids. They see us we was struggling but they didn't care much.

  In response to the complaint filed on 2/20/22 against Northeast Fine Finishes LLC
  Yes *************************** was a client of ours and his statements are false . ****************** works the front desk at a building we do alot of work in and asked if we could help with a water damage restoration of his kitchen . His insurance co. Was to cover appx 50 percent of the kitchen cost and the balance would be covered by ****************** . Once started this expanded to removing a wall , adding a pantry , removing heat pipes , and creating a second kitchen downstairs . None of this was part of my contract and we agreed to do all work above and beyond original scope on a time / materials basis . ***************** was fully aware at all times of the costs associated with the work he wanted done and was told upfront that due to the pandemic the permit process would be long and that we would do our best to fit his project into our schedule as we were involved in many projects already . He agreed to all of this . Throughout the project ****************** continually added items to the job scope however he did not feel they should cost more . Just some of the costs my partner and I absorbed to help them out were :
  
  $1000 budget for counter tops ( actual cost $3300 )
  
  Additional plumbing to move heat pipes , add rough plumbing for future 2nd kitchen $1700
  
  Add electric for future 2nd kitchen including a 220 outlet for a range , outlets per local code $ $1400
  
  Those are only a few of the costs that were not charged to ****************** as we continued to try and help him.
  
  At no time was ****************** taken advantage of and in fact it was quite the opposite. If needed I can provide copies of our contract , actual scope of work performed with all costs and it would be very clear that we went over and above to help ****************** and his family .
