My wife and I purchased a used vehicle in november at Landrover Jaguar Sudbury. We were told By Lawrence Blaushield the sales manager that four new tires, and new front and rear brakes would be installed. When we picked the vehicle up the sales rep Steve Totok told me they only changed the rear breaks..after questioning it for an hour i got nowhere so i just took the vehicle as is. Two months later the breaks are not working correctly, We take the vehicle to them and they told us there is an issue with the rear brakes that they installed and they need to order new ones. Bob Wheeler the service manager called me on January 11Th to tell me there is an issue with the front brakes as well and they are replacing them. I dropped theh car off on January 8th...here we are January 24th they just ordered my rear brakes...I asked what about the front brakes, Bob told me, " I never told you I was replacing the front brakes". After a little back and forth of arguing and condecending from Bob, I was frustrated and hung the phone up on him. I was called a liar to my face, never did he mention the car has been there for 17 days and he forgot he mentioned my front brakes...he told me that i am just tryinh to get free brakes. At that point i was insulted and discontinued the conversation. i called herb chambers corporate, they directed me to Mike Knox the dealer GM and I got no where, very polite guy but of course he backed his managers as i expected ...today Bob texted me that my rear brakes are coming in...of course, after i had to call 10 times...but no mention of my front brakes....I will see them in small claims court for sure. What a terrible experience...after I gave them a 32,000 check everything changed..at that point the car is yours and you have to eat this stuff. This is not a honorable dealership by any means....
