I purchased 6 pairs of the compression socks due to buying some at ******* and loved them. When I received the ones I ordered they would not stretch at all I couldnt get them on my hand let alone my foot. I have called their customer service 5 times and every time they tell me someone will call me back and they never do. I even had one of the representatives tell me that I was not the first customer to cal about no stretch in some of their socks. I am trying to get my money back for a product that appears to have a defective batch and today would be 30 days since I ordered them.Business response

We are happy to hear that you love our socks so much. Our third party answering service neglected to communicate to us the urgency of your call and misrepresented the company when they said you were not the first customer with this issue.
A Representative of Skineez called you yesterday morning and learned that you purchased new Skineez socks through ******* and just wanted to return the socks you purchased on the website. We apologized for your recent experience and subsequently refunded your money and we sent new you socks *** Next Day delivery along with a return label. The *** and Founder of the company, *************************** is doing research with the manufacturer to understand why the same socks you purchased online differed from the ones you purchased at ******* as her mission is to achieve 100% customer satisfaction and this has never happened before. We hope you are happy with your most recent purchase along with a full refund. Thank you for being a loyal customer and we apologize for the misunderstanding that took place through our answering service.Customer response
