      We have booked a rental property with this business (also known as Me Casa Su Casa) in December of last year to stay in September 2024. ******** sent over a rental agreement for us to sign, with a payment plan of 3 payments. We paid the first payment but have not heard from ******** or his wife, *****, since then. We have tried repeatedly to contact the owners to pay our remaining balance and get more information about our stay, but have not heard from them in months.The phone number we have been given is disconnected and the email address that we have is invalid. We need a refund, but have no way to contact.

      Date of the transaction: - 10/30/23 amount $3,268 -12/20/23 amount $1084.23 We rented a property directly with ***** and ******************************* to stay at ******************** from 10/3/24-10/7/24. We have paid two of the 4 payments and can no longer in touch with either of the owners. *****, our main point of contact the entire time, told us she no longer manages the property and advised us to reach out to her husband ******** for any questions we had. We have tried to email and call him multiple times over the past 2 months and have not been able to make any contact with him. We let ***** know we could not get in contact with ******** and she blocked mine and my fiance's number and will not return any emails either. At this point, we still have not had any communication with ******** so let him know due to lack of communication we have stopped the remaining two payments and would like a refund for the amount we have already paid. My fiance has also filed a police report for the incident. I have also been in contact with other renters experiencing the same problems with these owners.
