Transaction Date: November 22, 2023 for $26,757.38 This business has ignored me for 4 days now, I even heard the ** verbally tell the receptionist to take a message after hearing it was me. I purchased a **** ****** didnt have it in more than 2 colors, so the salesman ***** said he would order it in black for me. He then asked me to sign and pay on Monday 11/20/23. I told him I wouldnt have the money until Wednesday. He said to come in and sign on Monday anyways and pay when I could. He was very pushy for me to sign, so not knowing any better, I did. I am a 25 year old girl in grad school and Ive saved for a car for years. This is my first time buying a **** and I am being taken advantage of. This is traumatizing. I paid on Wednesday, then he showed me the car in person in the color he ordered me for the first time. I expressed in person and through email that I did not like it at all. He said, Oh well we ordered this color for you, so its yours. This is a new 2023 KIA ***** GT-Line in Black that they can sell for the same price to someone else. I have not received any assistance in this matter. I have no help. I was raised by a single mom, and have always worked hard for my money. When I reached out to them, I was open to looking at other cars in the ******ship, rather than the one that I had purchased before seeing in person. I no longer want to buy a car from this ******ship at all due to the lack of support and professionalism from the salesman and the **. I just want to break the agreement and get my money back. I would be open to going to another KIA ****** in the area and looking at other cars. *** felt very pressured in this process by the salesman, and now the general manager who has not been helpful nor contacted me back over the phone after saying he would. As a young girl, this has been very emotionally draining. Every time Ive called, the ** has told them to take a message. I dont even want to go back there. I am so uncomfortable.
