The *apparent* date of transaction was January 6th, 2022. I received a **** for 301.00$ for a 53 minute Telehealth appointment that I never took part in. I am not even a patient or client of this mental health service. I used them 10 plus years ago when I was a teenager. I am now 27 years of age and I do not use this service. I received the **** this week (March 7th, 2022) and it was due on March 9th, 2022. I called billing and left a voicemail (March 8th, 2022) and they returned my call a few hours later. The woman on the phone said she would talk to the provider and call me back confirming that it had been canceled I did not receive another recall that day, the next day I called back and was transferred back and forth to multiple people to be given a number to leave a message with the same person who never returned my call to begin with. I left another voicemail on March 9th, 2022 asking for a return call for not only a quick resolve in this matter but also an explanation as to how someone who has not been a client for over *********************************************************************************************************************************************** to be destroyed. It is now March 10th, 2022 and I have not heard anything else on their end. I am just very concerned about the whole situation as I do not understand how this could have happened.
