This company installed mini splits into my house and after a couple of weeks one of the units started leaking water and would run down my walls onto the floor. I have had them come out 5 or 6 times and was told bull c*** stories about why it was leaking. They told me I had the settings wrong one time, even though I had the same settings for the entire house. They have come and charged me for cleaning it ( had it for less than a year at that point) and said that would fix it. Over and over they have come, they say its fixed and it continues leaking day after day. I finally came at them hard saying I was gonna contact the BBB and a manager came and I told him how other companies who looked at the house said a unit should never go where they installed it. He disagreed and said it can go anywhere because even though it is in a spot that makes the water hard to drain it isnt ****** hard. I guess the way the water travels, and where they put it has a couple turns that are unnatural for the water so it is building up in the drain and leaking into my house. They will not admit they made a mistake and they will not make it right. They keep doing tiny fixes that last a day or two and the leaking commences all year round.Business response
