=This replacement of septic pump by ***** **** occurred on June 6, 2022 at a cost of $1,800.00 by a person by the name of **** on a day that I was very ill, so I was unable to observe what he actually performed at the septic pumping chamber. *** came into my house and asked for a check to be made out to Futyma for the job, which I did pay but I asked for an invoice and *** said he would email it the next day. He has not sent an invoice even after many phone calls to remind him and being told he would email me again and again. I had ***** pump replace this pump 5 years ago and had no issue. It seems *** is using ***** ****s information as a business but it is probably not okay. I feel he may have not performed the work I paid for and *** has not provided an invoice nor who Futma is. The check I gave him was cashed the next day. I have no way to get the warranty work if needed because I have no invoice.
