I would give a zero if I had the option. Team need to stop using this company because they are forcing consumers to be robbed. When ordering on line, if a size of an item in a "kit" (several items forced to be ordered at once together) is not shown at all, you are forced to choose another size and cannot change it, but also need the kit in time for the season. I tried this and one item doesn't fit and I was able to get a manual item, but had to pay a second time for something I already paid for and was forced to order in the kit. They don't tell you that the size is sold out, they just don't show it as an option to choose. This should not be acceptable - they can easily contact a customer or simply put on their site that it is out of stock. Maybe allow for purchase of the kit with that out of stock item back ordered in the size the child needs? Competitors do this - to double change a customer should be unacceptable. Good day, this is 2 out of 3 orders I placed with WeGotSoccer that they made mistakes shipping the wrong items but the 2nd time is bad. It has been 6 weeks since I placed my order, after 1 week I noticed that my package was "out for delivery" in ** and my address is in *********, so there was obviously something wrong. I contacted customer service and ask if it was the right tracking and if it was there was something wrong, they confirmed it was the right tracking and that I should contact **** directly, which I think I shouldn't since they're responsible for the delivery not me. The package went out for delivery 4 times, was bouncing between distribution centers, so I contacted them every week stating that the package was obviously lost. The only response I get it is that they can't do anything about it since the shipment is still in transit. Even right now, when **** says the package was shipped back to the sender because of "insufficient address", they still reply saying that they can't do anything. I won't get my order, it looks like I won't get my refund, I recommend don't risk buying to through this site. I was polite in all my communication with them, I understand procedures but there are also exceptions when trying to at least meet the very minimum which is a late delivery or refunding when there has been an error that wasn't the customer's.WeGotSoccer Response

Ordered a soccer jersey (AS Roma) and a nameset (AC Milan) for another jersey I owned.Upon receiving and opening my package, instead of the items I ordered, I received an Ac Milan jersey with the nameset i ordered applied.I contacted customer service, and explained the situation and that I didnt receive what I ordered. I was told that they dont sell namesets seperately; which there was no mention of that on their site. When I asked about returning the item I was told that I couldnt because the jersey that I received (I didnt order) couldnt be returned as it was considered custom because of the nameset. So not only did I not receive what I ordered, I couldnt get a refund because they sent me a custom product. I cant get my money back and on top of that, the nameset on the jersey I was sent was *****.WeGotSoccer Response

Dont use them. They failed to deliver dozens of uniform pieces for our town youth league player this season and did not offer to provide any refunds to the the players. DO NOT USE THEM. Both ******* and ***** at Arocam are not very professional. Trust me I learned the hard way.WeGotSoccer Response

I would give this company a zero of that was an option! This company is mismanaged and deceitful and the customer service is awful! I ordered my son cleats and ten days passed with no shipping email and so I emailed them only to find out after three extra days they didnt have his size! They offered me a smaller size!!! I was so angry and all they said was oops! This isnt the first time this happened but it is the last. They cost me having to spend full price on another site because the 4th of July sales were over! If there was a way to give zero stars I'd pick that option! This is absolutely the worst company to deal with! Do NOT waste your time or money here! If you need to return something that doesn't fit they won't accept the item in perfect condition if the box has a post office sticker on it. This has been an unbelievable waste of my time and money. I paid almost $100 for cleats, plus $10 to send them back when they were too small for my son. I was given the return address and a slip to put in the box and they told me to send them back to the address provided. At no point did anyone give me specific return policy instructions or tell me that they would refuse the return and refuse to issue a refund if the box had writing or a postal sticker on it. I have gone back and forth with this company several times and it has gotten me nowhere. They refuse to issue a refund and now I'm out $110 for absolutely nothing. I wish I had read the reviews here before making a purchase because clearly it's not just me! Just another company taking advantage of the consumer, I will never do business here again and you shouldn't either!WeGotSoccer Response

Please DO NOT buy anything from this company especially cleats online. If your soccer club does business with them advocate they find somewhere else to get uniforms. Tried to return cleats we never took out of the box accept to try one on in our kitchen. They denied the return claiming my daughter must have worn the cleats. There was a scuff **** on the cleat we left in the box we never saw. Beware before you buy from the terrible company.WeGotSoccer Response

Unfortunately, when the cleats were returned to us there were dirt marks on both the side of the shoe and inside of the heel. There was also creasing in the leather which leads us to believe that these shoes have been worn. Our policy states that we are unable to take back cleats that are not in new condition.Review from Kate H

The worst customer service! Ordered a product from them for $80 and when it arrived it was a slim fit NO where is it listed in the description as a slim fit. Because it is customized I am now stuck with the product and need to order another $80 shirt in a bigger size because it was not advertised correctly. The company blames me the customer for ordering the wrong size and now is blaming **** because its a **** product but is taking no responsibility for not having proper description on their site. How is the customer suppose to know it is a slim fit if it is not posted anywhere!WeGotSoccer Response

I placed an order 8 weeks ago, within the five week range I very nicely asked via email for a ballpark of when I might get my order. No response. Wrote another inquiry, no response. Called customer service at the seven week **** (and waited on hold for 22 minutes) and explained the situation and was told it's still processing and maybe be sent out within 5 to seven business days(so like another two weeks??) No rush could be accommodated, no supervisor was available and wouldn't be for 48 to 72 hours for a callback and the representative on the phone could have cared less that I was upset. I never received a call back. Or the items. I have spent over $1800 with this company in uniforms. I understand there is a nationwide shortage, and labor issues but their customer service is deplorable and why take our money if you know you can't provide the merchandise???WeGotSoccer Response

I am a US Soccer coach and parent and I ordered a custom uniform for my 10 year old daughter through WeGotSoccer because all of our clubs teams use this company for our home & away kits and other apparel. It should be noted that several other teams within our club had the same issue this year. I have also ordered three kits for my son in the past as well as encouraged other players to get kits and apparel through this company. I placed our order on 8/04/21. It is Oct. 21 and after several email inquiries we have not received my daughters kit yet. Her last game is this Saturday. They will not refund us or give any credit towards a future uniform. She will most likely grow out of this uniform before the spring season. Many younger players only play in the fall in our club. This company just says sorry but is unwilling to take financial responsibility for an order they should not have taken if they could not fill it.WeGotSoccer Response

We Got Soccer just replied with another sorry. Im absolutely certain they are not sorry. That would mean that they regret their actions and would be willing to remedy those actions. They have offered no such correction.
