      On November 4, 2022 I purchased a car 2014 **** fusion hybrid from Rouhana auto sales. After a few weeks I noticed that the car was having problems starting I immediately contacted Rouhana auto sales and was told by ******* that everything was ok, that hybrids sometimes do that. After a few more days I was worried so I took the car to ***** in orleans, ma. and had a diagnostic performed on the car. The mechanic told me that there were numerous things wrong with the car and gave me a printout of them. I immediately called the dealership and was told that he was not responsible and that they would not help me . I was still under 30 days so I wanted to bring car back and he told me that I couldnt. Then at the beginning of December the car wouldnt start it was towed to Midas in orleans , ma. They informed me that the car needed $8700 in repairs and that it was a lemon. Without the vehicle I cant see my son because he lives in ***** and also I will loose my job. At Midas they said that there was no way that the dealer didnt know that he was selling me a defective car. I need help because I need to get my money back so I can get another car and he will not let me return car. The car is still at Midas and I dont know what to do

      one off my clients that had complaint about the car they have purchased few months back

      being beware off ******************* low if the car has above 125k miles which is Gorgon have bougat a car with 165k miles

      it does not come with any warranty but since we are licensed dealer we make sure all our cars passes state inspection which his car already have passed state inspection also passes 30 days engine and transmission warranty as well besides then that we are really welcome to help him ot on the repairs with the business discount thru our repair facilitys i also offered him that also but he were never willing work that out with us either so justifying reaching out to making sure we responded on this matter thank you

      Bought vehicle 7/12/2022 with the understanding 3 things would be fixed rear wiper, driver visor and the noise in the front end. The only thing fixed was the rear wiper. Upon driving the vehicle the noise was still in the front end along with a hesitation while driving. I took the vehicle for state inspection at which time it failed for tires and an exhaust leak. At this time I spoke with the person from the dealership I bought the vehicle from, he did offer to fix the tires and exhaust but denied any noise in the front end of the vehicle. I brought the vehicle back to the station the next day for a quote to fix the issues that failed the inspection along with checking out the the noise and hesitation. At this point I am not confident in the mechanic as he stated the tires were in new condition then denied the statement which I have in email. I am trying to execute my rights under the Ma failed inspection law.

      I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. I have obtained an attorney and even with that I seem to be jumping through unnecessary steps but I am doing what they ask the best I can.
