Poor job overall, I had already posted with photos of their completion that they deleted with my previous and more detailed review.Not only did they do an extremely poor job but they stole prescription pain medicine from me (oxy) I came home unexpectedly during their clean and when I did the first odd thing I noticed was my entire prescription pill box on top of the toilet seat when it is kept in the closet of the bathroom on a top shelf. These are old prescriptions not used everyday. The oxy container was left but completely empty.These are some photos of my home after paying $750 for a deep clean which as you can see was left quite dirty for over $150 an hour I would expect a much better job. Not sure of anyone who would pay almost a grand for a deep clean, get this as a result and not dispute charges Trying to figure out how to report the thief when the company wont give me his name and would love a refund for the deep cleanthis was not a good job even for a general residential cleanInitial Complaint

First, they failed to inform me of their discount for veterans and then after I found it on their website, after I had already paid, they refused to honor the discount for a ************ veteran of over 9 years who is 100% permanent and totally disabled. A discount they use as a marketing tool to manipulate people who either are veterans or who actually care about vets in order to enrich themselves. Disgusting.Second, they refused to honor their commitment to quality. Both the *** and operations manager misrepresented their own express quality warranty. The *** argued with me that they get to choose who does the third cleaning and when I pushed back stating verbiage from their own website she hung up on me. Here is what the website says:"Our Promise Of Excellence If youre not satisfied with our service we will come back and clean it within 48 hours, and if youre still unhappy we will pay a professional competitor of your choosing to re-clean that week!"This is from the ops manager *******: "We understand that there have been concerns with the quality of our services. In an effort to rectify the situation, we provided a follow-up cleaning at no charge to address the missed areas. We felt this follow-up clean met all quality standards based on feedback received from our Team Member directly and based on quality photos received after the clean."So in other words if you are not happy with the poor job they did your opinion doesn't count despite their express warranty. They get to tell you what is acceptable. And if you challenge the lies and misrepresentations of their own policies they get upset and refuse further interactions. So as a disabled vet who can't clean my place to the level I want I am left with $538 less money and a condo that is still not clean.Customer response
