      I bought two rings from Hannoush Jewelers on Feb 15, went back 2 days after purchase to exchange for different size, the employees from Hannoush said they would call me and I left my rings with the employee. Its been over a month and they have not called me once. they have been saying they dont know when the shipment is going to be in with the correct size, and they are saying they dont have my two original rings, and that I cannot get the exchange rings in the correct size unless I pay for them. They dont know where my ring is and I feel like someone has scammed me, I told the manager to watch the video footage to show I left my original purchase at the jewelry store and we can see who picked up the jewelry bag from the counter. He is saying he cannot do that and that he doesnt have the footage. This is wrong and I know he is being untruthful with me. I have audio recording when I went to Hannoush Jewelers on March 30, and spoke with the manager again and he says he hasnt checked the video footage and he doesnt know where my ring is.

      Better Business Bureau:

      I have not received compensation for the money that I paid for the two rings yet. Hannoush has reached out to me again and told me my rings are still on backorder, If I do not want to wait for them, I can come in store and pick out rings of equal value or a little bit more that I like. I told him its going to be a few weeks before I can make it into the store because I am traveling. I will continue to be in touch with ****** from Hannoush as to when I can come into the store to take him up on his offer.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
