These people keep sending hounding letters for 8 years now to my home address about selling my home..I called,, sent letters for them to stop..keep sending letters ..just want it to stop..

When it came to selling the house we wanted to sell it to an investor. It needed work and we interviewed other investors in the area. We met with **** and she was able to provide us with an estimate the day that we met her - and after hearing what other investors were offering we were happy to accept Ocean City Developments offer.Review from Henry R

I sold my mothers home to Ocean City Development in 2013. I was her power of attorney and we were selling the home to provide for her health care needs. Our home was built in the ****s and needed some work. *** came out to my home and provided me with an offer that helped to get my mother where she needed to go. She had owned the home for over 30 years and it was time to sell. It went well and we got what we wanted.Review from James M

When I was thinking about selling my mothers house, I reached out to a real estate agent that I knew. I told them that I was looking to sell the home as-is and I was referred to Ocean City Development. The septic had failed on the house and it needed work. We sold the house within 30 days and I was even able to look at the home post renovation.Review from Kippy D

When I contacted Ocean City Development, I was looking for someone to tear down my house and purchase it for land value. When ******** came out I was surprised to learn that I could get more for the home by selling it and having them save the property. They did a beautiful job restoring the home.Review from Martell M

After meeting with realtors and other buyers it became clear that it made the most sense for my wife and I to sell to Ocean City Development. WIth covid I didnt want to have a lot of people coming in and out of my townhouse for showings. ***** Ocean City Development was very covid conscious and gave me a safe option for selling.
